When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free. You are billed once per year at the discounted rate. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.

Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all your projects as PDF or XLSX during that period. After 30 days, data is securely deleted from our servers.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard TLS encryption and store data on secure EU-based servers. Your appraisal data is never shared with third parties.
